Daily Activities

Residents are encouraged to participate in the daily activities that are offered. Every day prior to lunch we offer group exercise and stretching routines to help maintain limberness and dexterity. In the afternoon residents are invited to the main dining area where coffee and a snack is served and activities are offered based on what residents express interest in that day. Activities include: Bingo, Yahtzee, puzzles, Memory, reading stories, sharing stories from the newspaper and spending time in the gazebo in the “Memory Garden”.

Special Activities

Echoes of Love

On the second Thursday of every month “Echoes of Love”, a christian, female quartet shares songs with the residents. This activity proves to be a resident favorite.    

Lutheran Socials

Children from the Lutheran School share ice cream and play Bingo during an ice cream social. Residents and youth alike share stories and smiles.
