Heritage House Elder Care Staff

Heritage House employs approximately sixteen individuals. The great majority of our staff are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Many of them are student nurses, who due to their vocation, bring compassion and empathy into the work place. Additionally, Heritage House employs a full time Licensed Practical Nurse and a part time Registered Nurse. For an additional measure of safety, every employee undergoes a criminal background study at the time of hire.

I am very particular in regards to who I hire and often refer to my staff as being “the best money can buy.” As the owner and director of Heritage House, I feel my staff is a representation of not only myself, but also speaks volumes as to the quality of our services.

Family members frequently comment that my staff treats their loved ones “as if they were a granddaughter.” This is the highest compliment any caregiver could possibly receive. Regardless of how comprehensive our services are, if I employed sub-standard staff, the rest would be moot.

In essence, I am proud of the girls that I employ as well as the services we provide. I believe collectively, we make a difference in the lives of those who are entrusted into our care.
